OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST
